
The Training
In October 2021, Pat traveled to Naples, Italy to train under Enzo Coccia who is the world renowned leading expert on Neapolitan style pizza. Enzo can be found on CNN with Stanley Tucci and wrote the globally recognized standards for authentic Neapolitan pizza. Pat worked closely with Enzo and his son Andrea at his two Michelin star restaurants in Naples, Italy. After hundreds of hours of training, Pat successfully completed the highest level of training to become a pizzaiolo. More importantly, Pat will always be part of Enzo’s restaurant family in Naples, Italy.
