Pizzaiolo and owner, Pat Haran, grew up working in the restaurant business and has always had a passion for cooking. He took a long hiatus to become an ER doctor where he met his wife, Kathryn. In 2021, Pat traveled to Naples Italy to train under Enzo Coccia, one of the top pizzaiolos in the world. In December 2022, Pat and Kathryn opened Via Caravaggio 147, located in the Paso Market Walk.
